What was delivered
- Supply and setup of a 7.5m trailer-mounted portable commercial kitchen with compliant ramp access
- Temporary cool room and freezer room installation (dry store and storage for cooking equipment)
- Full decommission and demolition of existing kitchen equipment and structures
- Altro vinyl flooring, coving and substrate preparation
- Electrical and plumbing upgrades
- New stainless steel fabrication and fit-out
- Supply, installation and commissioning of new commercial kitchen equipment
- Removal of existing door and installation of new server window

Project delivered
Delivered on time and to specification. The temporary kitchen allowed uninterrupted operations throughout the upgrade. All new equipment was fully commissioned, and the facility received a modern, hygienic and efficient commercial kitchen tailored to aged-care needs.
