Live aged-care kitchen rebuild
Four weeks. Complete kitchen upgrade including demolition, stainless fit-out, Altro flooring, electrical and plumbing, and full equipment supply and commissioning (Rational combi ovens, Electrolux range, Frymaster fryer, Williams refrigeration). A portable kitchen ran on-site so resident meal service continued uninterrupted.
